At Little Rainbows, your child’s individual needs are at the heart of everything we do. Our caring and experienced team work hard to create a safe, loving and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Our staff come from a range of childcare backgrounds and regularly attend training to strengthen their knowledge and bring new ideas into the nursery. This helps us to provide high-quality care, learning opportunities and experiences that support every child’s development.
Kaya Thornley
Deputy Manager
I have a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years and have over 4 years of experience working with children. I enjoy watching children learn and develop in an enviroment that is stimulating to their needs. I will be helping with the managing the daily operations at our Tipton nursery.
My favourite colour is: Blue
In my own time I love travelling around the world and exploring different cities. I also love to read and go on long horse rides.
Chloe Lindsey

I have an Early Years Level 3 qualification and have over 3 years experience working with children. I am passionate about childcare because I enjoy helping children learn, grow, and build confidence while providing them with a safe, caring, and supportive environment. I’m always excited to explore new experiences and make a positive difference in the lives of others.

In my free time I enjoy baking delicious treats and travelling to new places.

I have a Level 2 Qualification in Early Years and am currently training to obtain my Level 3 Qualification. I’ve been working with children for five years.

In my spare time I love travelling to new countries with my family and going shopping!

And I’m passionate about working with children as being a mum for 15 years to 4 children of my own I’ve taken pride and enjoyment in nourishing their growth, so working with children is something I all round enjoy because seeing them grow in confidence, develop new skills and reach their highest potential whilst being able to support them through each stage of their development and celebrate their progress, no matter how big or small, is incredibly rewarding. I am passionate about creating a safe, caring, and encouraging environment where every child feels valued, supported, and able to flourish.
Meet the Management Team
Emily Garbett
I am the owner of this Little Rainbow's and opened this setting 6 years ago. I have an Early Years Level 3 qualification. I started as a child minder and expanded the business in which it became a childcare on domestic setting, after working with children for 10 years in childcare.I opened the setting with a vision to offer affordable childcare to parents who needed it. This is because I have 3 children to which I struggled to afford to put them into care as it was too expensive. I didn’t want parent’s to struggle the same way I did. This is one of the reasons that drove me to open my own setting. I have a passion for childcare.
My favourite colour: Baby blue
I love spending time with my husband, kids and family. We enjoy going on trips to our family caravan. Seeing my buisness grow is so fulfilling.
Jasmine Dean
I am the Area Manager of the Little Rainbow's Nurseries. I oversee see both Buffery and Tipton setting's to ensure they're running efficently. I have a Level 5 Early Years Lead Qualification and hold over 11 years experience working with children. Seeing children learn and thrive within their development and education is so rewarding and I love what I do.

I love spending quality time with my husband, family and fur baby. Long walks and going on adventures are my favourite things to do.
Chloe Chubb
I am the Manager of Little Rainbows Childcare in Tipton. I have a level 5 Early Years qualifcation and have over 12 years of experience working with children. I oversee the daily running's of Little Rainbow's. This includes looking after the children and staff to ensure the setting is running to the best standards. I have a passion for seeing children grow and reach their full potential!
My favourite colour is: Pink
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys. We love to go on adventures and family holiday's!
We are a child care on a non-domestic premisis. Our setting is very family orientated, where the children are at the heart of what we do and their parents are our priority. At Little Rainbows we allow children to have control over their own learning using the child-led approach. We incorporate the curiosity approach that helps encourage children to explore their world through natural wonder. We have a variety of open-ended resources that provide a stimulating and calm environment for children to access whenever they please. Children are in control of their own learning and development. This also includes education which is indoors and outdoors to help stimulate a child’s learning. Children can decide what environment they want to learn in. By allowing children to choose outdoor learning it improves their physical health as the natural environment reduces stress and boosts mental well-being.
